Jeremy Goza | CEO
Taking the reins from his father, Jeremy joined Proximity in 2004. He oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operations and drives the company’s overall strategy and vision for the future.
He began his career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), and worked with Fortune 500 Telecom clients on various IT process improvement projects, as well as system implementation projects in management roles. One noteworthy project his team accomplished was the implementation of a system-wide telephone number forecasting tool, as well as testing and quality control of the client’s DSL ordering system. During his stint there, he rose to a managerial position in the communications and high tech operating group.
Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Emory University in Atlanta. He is a member of HIMSS.
Jonathan Goza | VP Manufacturing
As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt with strong analytical skills, Jonathan strives to continually improve the company’s manufacturing processes, and manages all manufacturing operations and purchasing. A disciplined and hard-working manager, Jonathan cares about his employees and believes in empowering people to produce their best work.
His early career began with a military education; after receiving a bachelor’s degree in operations research from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point in New York, Jonathan spent five years honing his leadership skills as a decorated officer in the U.S. Army. He later received his MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
Before joining Proximity in 2009, Jonathan gained valuable private sector manufacturing experience, most recently at TAMKO Building Products, where he held a variety of positions, including human resources, quality and shipping manager.
Steve Reinecke | VP of Business Development, Marketing and International Sales
Steve oversees Proximity’s International sales and consults with Proximity on USA business development. Steve has over 25 years in the Healthcare and Healthcare IT industry. Steve is a Medical Technologist, a Certified Professional of Health Information Management Systems (CPHIMS) and a long term member of HIMSS.
Before working with Proximity Steve held senior global leadership positions with Ergotron for 18 years. Steve has travelled to over 30 countries creating partnerships and business opportunities as well as speaking at numerous events on how to succeed in getting information into caregivers hands and bringing information to the point-of-care.
Lee Schalk | VP of Sales
With over 37 years of experience in the IT industry, Lee leads our US sales team with great passion. As the Vice President of Sales, he is responsible for leading the sales team in identifying and growing revenue while building strategic partnerships in the IT channel.
Prior to Proximity, Lee has held various sales leadership positions with technology companies over a long career including a recent role as Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Ergotron where he was responsible for moving the company to a 100% channel sales model worldwide and led the sales organization to over 300% growth over his 10 years at Ergotron. Lee inspires great values and work ethics at every level of our organization. He sets expectations for overall company growth which insures Proximity’s success.
Lee earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University and holds various industry certifications such as LEAN process, Project/Product Management and multiple sales methodologies including Miller Heiman, Targeted Account Selling and Franklin Covey.
Nina Debelo | VP Finance and HR
Nina handles all accounting-related activity, ensures that compliance requirements are met, oversees the human resources department and manages the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology system. With more than 15 years’ experience in corporate leadership and expertise in defining and documenting processes and procedures, Nina has earned an excellent reputation with auditors for enhancing the audit process.
Before joining Proximity in 2009, Nina held high-level accounting and technical positions at LeTourneau Technologies Drilling System, Protiviti and Integrated Electrical Services. Today, she brings her multi-tasking skills, strong work ethic, hands-on management style and critical thinking to the team.
Nina holds a BBA in accounting from Loyola University in New Orleans, and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Through continuing education, she stays up-to-date on various accounting programs and ERP systems.
