"When you use EMR, you’re not really going 100% electronic immediately. You still have paper charts. We were working with decentralized nursing stations, so all charts were in bins in the halls outside the rooms. We had to have something that would nest the paper chart inside of it. Proximity actually had us send them the charts and binders, and created a custom chart holder so we could nest 2 charts inside of the workstations, and still have it close properly and meet all regulations."
